Our Story
I know why
these journeys matter.
I am Candie. I am 50 years old, and I have spent decades falling in love with the way travel changes people — the cobblestones, the light, the quiet a woman finds when she finally gives herself permission to stop performing. The way three generations of one family look at each other differently after a week together somewhere beautiful and unhurried.

I created The Cashmere Route so the women and families I serve do not have to live with that regret. This is a deeply personal advisory — built on the belief that the finest travel begins with someone who understands why the trip matters, and has the relationships to make every detail of it land exactly the way it should.
My own family spans four generations — my parents and a blended family of five adult children. I have traveled in women's circles and felt the quiet transformation that happens when we step away from the roles life assigns us. Those are the two journeys I know best, and the two I design for others: carefully, hands-on, and always with purpose.
